Description
7/21/25 - Original and excellent example of an Ishapore 2A1 rifle that was manufactured in 1965 for the Indian Armed Forces. It's a variant of the Lee-Enfield design and chambered for 7.62x51mm. The rifle is all matching including the stock and bayonet lug. The stock is numbered just behind the front barrel band. The metal parts have retained roughly 90 - 95% of its finish with areas of wear around the high edges in general and thinning on the receiver and bolt. Import marked on the left side of the receiver. The wood stock has minor handling marks with no major damage. Includes one proper magazine. The bore is clean and has strong rifling. Smooth operation and completely functional.
