Description
08/04/26 - For sale is a Remington Rand 1911A1 made in 1943 for the US military, paired with a Colt slide. The pistol has a brighter phosphate finish throughout. The Slide has a slight browning from Patina. The frame is stamped ANAD 4 87 and SA on the right side, denoting it was rebuilt at Springfield once, and Anniston Army Depot in April of 1987. The barrel is marked HS on the lug for High Standard. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and some light surface wear is visible. Comes in a CMP hard case.
