Description

06/04/2024 - For sale is an Arisaka Type 44 made by Kokura prior to WW2. This rifle was used by mounted cavalry alongside the Type 38 carbine. The rifle is in an overall 85% condition and the rifle looks like it went through multiple battles. The stock and metal finish is well worn. The receiver still retains some bluing but the barrel, nose cap, and trigger guard are down to bare metal with Patina. There are some material missing on the left side of the stock at the receiver and magazine wall. The rifle is mismatched and the Imperial Mum has been ground. The bore is bright with good rifling.
