Description

7/17/18 - This is a beautifully restored but rare Irwin-Pedersen M1-carbine.  Made in early 1943, this rifle has all original parts but the receiver/metal parts have had the finish restored.  The stock is beautiful and original with excellent cartouche and S'G' mark.  The sling cut is marked IR-IP with flaming bomb.  The underside of the hand guard is IR-IP marked.  Stock has early high wood and I-cut sling slot.  IP marked receiver, safety and butt stock.  RP marked rear site with 'S' on other side.  Excellent original sling.  S-O marked magazine.  Bore shows some use but is nice and shiny overall.
