Description

11/2/21 - This is a beautiful example of an original Carl Gustafs Stad Swedish Mauser 1896 rifle with target configuration front and rear sights. Terrific blued finish throughout, with just minor edge wear and a little thinning on the barrel. Matching serial numbers throughout except for the rear sight. Matching numbers include receiver, bolt, bands, trigger group, buttplate, safety, bolt release, etc. Stock is in great shape with no major defects. Terrific, shiny bore. Comes with sling and cleaning rod. Beautiful display example that would also be great fun to shoot.
