Description

6/2/25 — For sale is a Mitchell's Mauser K98k rifle, originally produced by Waffenfabrik Brunn and marked "dot 44." The rifle is in excellent condition overall, having been refinished during Mitchell’s post-war rework process. The metal retains a dark, uniform finish, and the bolt has been highly polished. The stock has been heavily sanded, typical of Mitchell's refinishing process. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The original serial numbers were ground off and re-stamped to match the barrel and receiver during the rework. The rifle comes with the original box and accessories. There is a hole in the lid of the box and the side panel is torn off but is in the box.
