Description

12/5/23 - Up for sale is an uncommon Swift Model B MkIII training rifle used by the British Commonwealth. The rifle was a cheap way to practice fundamentals and marksmanship at a fraction of the cost of a real rifle. These rifles were set up with a paper target an inch away and the rifleman would "shoot" the rifle and the rifle would stab the paper with a protruding needle. The original rifles were set up to mimic Pattern 14 rifles but the MkIII were set up to act like a No4 Mk1 Lee Enfield. The action is sound and works properly. The metal retains good bluing and the stock is also free of any damages. There is a stock repair on the right side in front of the magazine.
