Description
10/23/26 - For sale is a Spencer Model 1860 repeating rifle made around the time of the US Civil War and chambered in .56 Spencer. The rifle has an octagonal barrel, and the forend has been cut down as a sporter. The metal is heavily worn, with the finish aged to a dark grey and brown. There is light corrosion on the edges throughout. The stock has a few large cracks running along the sides and would likely crack further if fired. "101.2" is stamped on both the barrel and receiver, but we do not know what it means. The bore rates 4/10.
