Description
7/20/26 - For sale is a Colt New Service revolver that was sent to the British army during WW1 as aid. These were chambered in .455 Eley / Webley. The pistol shows signs of an old refinish and some of the markings on the barrel and frame are worn or ground away during the refinish. The metal retains roughly 75% of the finish with many spots worn down to bare metal. The left side of the frame is missing the Colt Poiny. There are British proofs behind and in front of the cylinder. The bore is bright with good rifling but there are some signs of wear. The grips are in good condition with no major blemish to note. the right side of the frame has some light surface pitting.
