Description

12/21/20 - This is a very nice example of a Walther PPK sold in the commercial market in 1935. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" proofs. It has retained about 90% of its high polish bluing. There is minor wear around the muzzle, but most of the bluing loss is spotty discoloration on the left side of the slide and a couple of small areas on the right side of the slide. There is some pin-pricking in the same areas. There is what looks like a small script letter "H" on the front strap. Likely someone's initials engraved by a local jewelry during the period. It comes with a nice brown grip. There is a noticeable crack on the left side and a small crack on the right side. It comes with a proper Walther banner magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
