Description
8/25/25 - This is a nice example of an Erfurt Luger issued to the German imperial Army during WW1 in 1913. It is all matching and has the proper Erfurt and German Imperial proofs. Comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. This is an early gun with no stock lug on the rear grip strap. It has retained roughly 80% of its bluing. The majority of the finish loss is around the muzzle, along the barrel, and on the left side of the gun. There are areas of spotty oxidation here and there, most noticeable along the barrel, on the left side, and on the grip straps. The bore is nice but there is minor pitting here and there. The grips are matching-numbered and Erfurt-proofed. There are noticeable bruises on both sides and a repaired chip on the left side. The bore has mostly great rifling, but there is noticeable pitting toward the muzzle end.
