Description
10/30/26 - This is an early Nambu Type 14, manufactured in July of 1930. It is the early small trigger guard variation. All matching, and it comes as a rig with one original matching-numbered magazine, one period-correct but mismatched magazine, and a nice period-correct leather clamshell holster. The original finish rates about 90%. While there isn't much actual bluing loss, there is fairly heavy spotty oxidation and some areas of pitting, mostly along the underside of the barrel and the underside of the trigger guard. General high edge wear and some thinning along the barrel and on the front strap, with some thinning, dulling and light brown patina on the grip straps. Fitted with period-correct bamboo grips that are stamped with the matching serial number. Very nice bore with great rifling, mostly shiny.
