12/28/22 - This is an early Mauser C96 Conehammer variation from 1897, qualifying it as an antique (no licensing required). The pistol has matching numbers throughout, including the grips. The finish on the pistol is original, but obviously worn with patina throughout. Unfortunately, the rifling is completely worn down so likely not a good candidate for shooting, even though it appears to function correctly. The grips show smoothing but no cracks. Comes with a repro wood case.
