Description
12/8/23 - This is a very nice example of a Chilean Mauser Model 1895 manufactured in the early 1900's by DWM. The gun is all matching except for one small part at the back of the bolt. The stock is numbered and matching. Small import mark on the underside of the barrel. There are Chilean seals on the chamber and left side of the stock. It comes with a cleaning rod and a Chilean-issued bayonet with scabbard. The cleaning rod is original but not matching to the rifle. Overall, the gun is in very nice condition, retaining most of its finish. We rate around 90-95% overall condition. There is very minor wear around the muzzle. There are areas with tiny dots of oxidation here and there, most noticeable on the bolt. The wood stock is very nice, with only minor dings and scratches throughout. The bore has excellent rifling with minor pin-pricking in the grooves 8.5/10.Specifications
