Date Added: 3/19 - This is an interesting SS PP that I took in on consignment. It showed up at the Lville gun show. It is in the correct serial number range for an SS contract gun, and in fact has a correct, spine numbered matching magazine. The engraving is certainly not factory, but looks like it was done a long time ago. The consignor and I agree that it was probably embellished by the German who was issued the gun, or by the GI who captured it. Either way it is an interesting, historical piece. I believe the finish was silver at some point, but since then has been corroded. Added: 3/19 - Currently on Hold
