Description

6/14/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser K98 issued to the Nazi military in 1937. It is all matching and has the proper early waffen proofs throughout. It comes with an original cleaning rod and waffen-proofed muzzle cap. The gun is in beautiful condition, as we believe it has been professionally restored. It has retained the majority of this finish with minor wear on the barrel bands and some light handling marks here and there. Comes with an excellent original stock that is matching to the gun and properly waffen-proofed. It is very smooth, so we believe it was lightly sanded. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling.
