Description
10/6/26 - This is an excellent example of a BYF 42 "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the German military in 1942. It is all matching, with the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs on the right side of the receiver, and it is fitted with an excellent set of period-correct "Black Widow" grips with no cracks or chips. It comes as a rig with two original "Black Widow" magazines, an unmarked Luger tool, and a 1942-dated holster. The gun has retained about 96% of its original finish, with just minor high edge wear, one small spot of minor thinning on the back strap, a small area of light spotty oxidation on the side plate, and some light freckling on the front strap. Excellent bore with strong rifling. A crisp, complete Black Widow rig.
