Description
04/23/2024 - For sale is an excellent MAS 36 rifle made at St Etienne after WW2. These rifles were originally meant to be 2nd line rifles when it was developed before WW2 but became frontline rifles during the German Invasion. The MAS 36 is unique having a cruciform bayonet integrated into the design of the rifle. This rifle is in great condition and the original phosphate finish is well worn. The wood furniture is well worn but free of any cracks. The rifle has matching serials on the receiver, magazine floor, forearm, trigger guard, and stock. The bolt and bayonet are mismatched. The bore is frosted but fairly bright with good rifling. The muzzle has an import mark and is counterbored about an inch.Specifications
