08/16/2024 - For sale is a Perian Mauser Model 98/29 made by CZ BRNO for the Kingdom of Persia. The rifle is iconic for their excellent craftsmanship and is considered one of the best commercial Mauser 98 action rifles. The receiver has a collector's favorite crest of a lion holding a scimitar in front of the sun. The rifle has some finish loss to the metal but it retains roughly 96% of its original bluing. The stock is in great condition with no cracks or breaks. The rifle is all matching and the bore is very bright with great rifling.
