Description

7/27/23 - This is a cool Gustloff Werke K98 that was built into a high turret style sniper rifle. The base rifle/receiver has a very good, original blued finish. The bands are matching to each other but mismatched to the rifle. Stock is mismatched, and it has been sanded. The rifle has a Hensoldt-Wetzlar scope, also marked DIALYTAN 4X with a serial number. The stock is in good condition with no cracks. The bore has good rifling but notable frost and needs a thorough cleaning. The scope optics are fairly clear, but the lower tail of the reticle shifts slightly as the scope moves.
