5/5/26- For sale is a German M40 combat helmet. The helmet has the punched air holes and rolled edge that indicates the M40 pattern. The helmet has a brownish exterior color that is likely original based on the level of wear and positioning of the decals. There is a remnant of the Heer decal on the left side of the helmet and no right side decal. The helmet liner is dark and has hardened with age but remains intact. The chinstrap is also stiff but surprisingly intact. The rim has a DN300 lot code and a Q64 manufacturer and size code. Overall in very good condition.
