Description

8/9/23 - This is a Gustloff-Werke G.43 rifle from 1944. It's one of the first ~7,500 made, with no serial suffix. The receiver/bolt carrier group are matching but the stock is a period-original mismatch. The metal finish shows some thinning on the receiver, and minor corrosion on the right side of the receiver. Bore has strong rifling but minor frost throughout. The stock is in good condition, with a very minor surface crack on the wrist and a few minor dings/gouges. Comes with sight hood, cleaning rod and a period sling.
