08/09/2024 - For sale is a Type 38 Arisaka made at the Kokura Arsenal. The rifle is in good condition but there spotting of oxidation throughout the finish of the metal but the majority of the original bluing remains. The bolt body is heavily oxidized. The stock has plenty of handling and pressure marks but there are no cracks or breaks. The bore is bright towards the first half but it gets worn and dark towards the muzzle. The rifle comes with a type 30 bayonet made by Toyoda. The receiver retains its full Imperial Mum. The rifle is mismatched on the extractor, firing pin and bayonet lug are unnumbered.
