4/8/24 - This is a 1934 dated German Ski Competition Badge. The competition was held Feb. 7-12, 1934. As depicted by the inscription, this badge was awarded for members of the SA and SS who participated in the ski competition. The badge is in great condition with light surface patina throughout. The original paint is still in great condition throughout and clearly visible. The reverse is maker stamped on the base of the closure clasp, as shown. Nonmagnetic throughout.
