SOLD - Leading Edge AKAH PPK Holster (KW051424-6)

Description

5/17/24 - This is an original, rare variation Leading Edge style AKAH Walther PPK holster from WW2. The holster has been modified with 7 added stitches on the side flap, which secures the side flap in place over the front body of leather. There's also added reinforcement stitches below the hole in the closure strap. This "customization" appears aged and was likely done by the German who originally had this holster. The affect is minimal, as a PPK can still easily slide in and out of the holster. There's certainly less chance for something getting caught or hung up on the side flap. The rest of the stitching is tight and original with no notable issues. Great overall condition with normal pliability and light use wear. AKAH maker stamped under the closure strap as shown, and the original Walther PPK designation ink stamp is still visible.
