Rare Type 30 Bayonet By Kokura - Hoten Arsenal Rework Stamp

10/17/23 - This is a Rare Type 30 Arisaka bayonet made by Kokura Arsenal Variation A with Hoten Arsenal rework stamp on the blade. Overall great+ condition, with a nice blade with light sharpening on the front half of the edge. There is some mild oxidation on the tip of the blade with a couple minor dents along the edge. Hoten Arsenal rework marking on the base of the blade making this a rare piece. The cross guard has great bluing with minor amounts of patina and wear. Excellent wood grip with a great pommel that has minor wear. The scabbard has about 10% of its original bluing remaining but does not have any deep pitting or patina, just a couple minor dents.
