10/05/26 - For sale is a Japanese Type 99 Arisaka, 24th Series made by Kokura during WW2. The rifle is in good condition with aging bluing on the metal and freckles of oxidation throughout. The stock shows many dings and handling marks, but no cracks or breaks. There are factory chatter marks on the wrist from rushed production, and there is a chip in the forestock behind the bayonet lug. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The receiver retains the full Imperial Mum. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, safety, firing pin, and bayonet lug. Comes with an original rubberized canvas sling, which is dried and cracked.
