Description
2/18/25 - For sale is a Type 99 Arisaka rifle with a Type 30 bayonet, canteen, and a Type 90 helmet. The rifle is well worn and there are many blemishes to note on the stock. The stock has two large cracks on the wrist. There are also pieces missing at the top and bottom of the wrist on both sides. The metal has a faded blued finish with a layer of patina. The receiver retains its full Imperial Mum. The bore is fairly bright with good rifling. The rifle is mismatched throughout. The front nose cap is missing a screw. The type 30 bayonet was made at Nagoya and has 2 Japanese coins pinned into the handle. The frog is dried stiff and has a Japanese ID tag pinned to it.
The Rifle comes bundled with a Type 90 Infantry Helmet. The helmet has lost most of its finish and has surface oxidation throughout. The liner within is a reproduction. Also comes with a Canteen that's missing the lid. Scratches on the finish with some Japanese scratched into it.
