Description

12/9/24 - For sale is a Type 99 Arisaka made at the Nagoya Arsenal towards the end of WW2. This rifle features many of the late war "last ditch" features like the welded barrel bands, lack of cleaning rod, fixed sights, wood buttplate, and welded safety. The rifle has a faint bluing throughout and in good condition overall. The stock has been sanded and is free of any cracks or breaks. The Imperial Mum has been ground. The bolt does not match the rifle. Bore is very bright with great rifling. The Type 30 bayonet is made by National Denki under supervision of Kokura. The bayonet has been heavily buffed and the finish stripped.
