8/2/22 - This is a National Postal Meter M1 Carbine from 1944. A full parts guide is included in the photos for this listing. It's all correct or nearly all correct parts, though it does look like something of a "put-together" as there are color differences between the stock and handguard, as well as the receiver and recoil plate. The metal finish is very nice overall but there is an import mark on the barrel. The stock is in great shape with sharp cartouches. The bore does have minor frost through the grooves but good rifling. Comes with a WW2 canvas sling.
