7/6/21 - This is a very nice example of an FN Browning Hi Power issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching, has the proper "Waffen 140" military proofs throughout, and has the earlier adjustable tangent rear sight. It has retained roughly 80% of its finish. Most of the wear is on the straps, but there is also wear on the slide, concentrated near the high edges. Minor muzzle wear. There are areas of very light, somewhat spotty patina on the straps and an area of minor pin-pricking on the left side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct waffen-proofed magazine. The magazine is numbered to match the gun. Since the Nazis didn't do this for military pistols, we can only assume this was done after the war, but we can't say for sure. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout.
