Description

11/5/20 - This is an interesting Erfurt Luger rig from 1917 that later went to a Nazi police arsenal. The gun has all matching parts, including the grips and both magazines, but the grips and magazines were numbered at the Police arsenal during World War II. The grips have S/42 codes stamped inside, indicating replacement parts. The sear safety was also installed at this time, and the gun was likely arsenal refinished at this time, too. It has an excellent bore and is in great condition overall. Sharply checkered grips with no cracks or chips. An imperial marked tool is included. Rig is complete with holster, which is 1916 dated and faintly maker marked.
