Description

8/15/18 - This is an excellent example of a complete Erfurt Luger rig with proper tool and both original matching magazines.  Made in 1918, the pistol retains about 96-97% original blue with the majority of finish loss on the right side rail and the left side muzzle.  All numbered parts are matching, including the grips and the original magazines.  Magazines are in very good condition but there is a small chip in the base of one.  Small parts still show faint amounts of original straw.  The excellent holster is maker marked and 1918 dated, and has an Imperial proof visible on the back.  There are a couple stitches missing on the locking strap that make it so the holding loop can be displaced if pulled on.  It would be a pretty simple fix and does not show any tears.  Pistol has a terrific bore.
