Description

09/23/2024 – For sale is a Type 38 Arisaka that had been modified to accept the Type 97 scope. The rifle is in clean condition with a nice bluing throughout the metal with some spots of oxidation. The wood on the stock is clean and typical of Arisakas with plenty of handling marks. The stock has been lightly sanded. The bore is dark in the grooves and the lands are worn. The scope has clear lens with a sharp reticle. The rubber eye cup is in good condition. The rifle retains its full mum but the rifle is mismatched. The bolt has been bent to accommodate for the scope. The scope mount is reproduction.
