Description

11/25/24 - For sale is a nice Russian SVT-40 made at the Tula Arsenal in 1941. The rifle had undergone post war refurbishment and was refinished. The metal has the typical dark Russian finish with hints of old pitting underneath it. The stock and handguard have a dark shellac finish with bits and pieces flaked off. The rifle has matching numbers throughout with parts forced matched with E-pencil. The magazine is mismatched. The bore is bright with good rifling but is on the darker side with some minor pitting visible. Very small import mark on the right side of the receiver.
