06/20/2024 - For sale is a Krag Jorgenson Model 1899 Carbine made in 1902. This carbine is in good condition overall. The metal has some of its old bluing, especially on the barrel, but the receiver and barrel bands have spots of wear and slowly browning on age. The bolt has spots of oxidation and old rust on the body and extractor bar. The stock has either been replaced or heavily sanded as there are no proof stamps. There is a stock repair to the left of the tang and behind the tang. The bore is decent but on the darker side but good rifling. The barrel measures out to 22" and the rear sight is C marked and goes out to 2300 yds.
