1/14/20 - This is an original example of a nickel finish Smith & Wesson First Model Hand-EJector. Serial dates it to about 1912-1915. Barrel is 6.5 inches and chambered for .44 S&W Special. The original nickel rates at about 85% with the majority of wear or flaking on the cylinder, and a little more on the sides of the frame. Bore has good rifling but a few areas of pitting or pinpricking. Some case hardening can still be seem on hammer and trigger. Beautiful pearl grips.Specifications
