Description

2/10/16 - This is an early, 90 degree safety, fully engraved Walther PP in the white. It is beautifully engraved and never had the blue finished applied. Due to the intricate nature and style of the engraving I believe this was German, period correct engraving, but not necessarily "factory" engraved. There are several ways this could have been engraved pre-war, war time or immediate post war. Many PP's were private purchase guns that owners had engraved pre war and during the war. Also, GI's would sometimes have their war time souvenirs engraved by the unemployed German engravers immediately after the war. The truth is hidden in the history of this gun. The bore is nice with strong rifling.
