Description
10/19/22 - This is a rare and desirable FN Browning M1910 pistol from the World War II era. To supplement Japanese arms production, many private gun shops and manufacturers, as well as the Japanese government, purchased handguns in a variety of calibers and models. These arms were to be individually purchased by officers or qualifying citizens, so small, unobtrusive items such as the Colt 1903 or FN 1910 became popular. These were also some of the more expensive options, going for 100 yen at the "gun counter", with the Baby Nambu being the most expensive option. These pistols, and this particular pistol, were 'Dai' marked on the frame. This particular pistol has 97-98% of the original blue remaining, with just a bit of holster wear on the high edges and a little more wear on the grip safety. It also has minor oxidation, mostly on the straps. Minty bore, looks nearly unused. The grips are original and in very good condition, with just a couple of small bore holes. The rig comes with a total of two original magazines, both FN marked. It's completed by a holster which also has Kanji written inside, though we have not had it translated.Specifications
