SOLD - Nazi MP 44 - Semi-Automatic

10/18/22 - This is a rare Nazi MP 44 modified to semi-automatic after the war. This MP44 is a professionally rebuilt 100% original parts kit. It is made to ATF specs as a semi auto rifle and is serialized. The receiver is a 1945 made and was tri-cut and skillfully re-welded. It has WW2 parts but mismatched numbers throughout. The finish is generally very good, with minor areas of wear on the left side of the receiver. The bore has strong rifling but some frost throughout, and a little freckling toward the muzzle end. The listing includes a mag pouch, which is a Czech repro, and a total of three modern mags. The mags had the feed lips slightly altered to better fit into the gun. Receiver is proofed 'cos' and has several waffenamts, including a Steyr E/623 proof. Wood furniture appears to be period original and has only minor handling wear.
