Description

7/30/19 - This is a fantastic example of a rare and complete Police issued Mauser Luge rig. The receiver is marked Eagle over C, and is one of only ~2,850 produced with that marking, and only ~1,400 in 1939. The pistol is all matching and original with 97-98% original blue remaining, showing just standard high point wear from the holster. The bore is mint and the unmarked grips are almost as nice. The magazines are original and both are numbered to the pistol. Period original but unmarked tool is present. The rig is completed by a terrific police-style holster, dated 1938 with sharp Robert Larsen maker mark.
