Description
8/24/21 - This is a rare and desirable FN Browning M1910 pistol from the World War II era. To supplement Japanese arms production, many private gun shops and manufacturers, as well as the Japanese government, purchased handguns in a variety of calibers and models. These arms were to be individually purchased by officers or qualifying citizens, so small, unobtrusive items such as the Colt 1903 or FN 1910 became popular. These were also some of the more expensive options, going for 100 yen at the "gun counter", with the Baby Nambu being the most expensive option. These pistols, and this particular pistol, were 'Dai' marked on the frame. This example is all original with 98+% of the blue remaining, and it's in excellent condition overall. It has some oxidation on the grip frame, and a small area of pitting on the right side of the slide. Minty bore. Original grips that do have a few holes in them.Specifications
