Description

4/24/18 - This is a fairly rare and desirable collectors rifle from WW2.  It is a Polish Radom made copy of the K98 rifle.  But in September of 1939 the Nazis took over the factory and in 1940 this rifle was manufactured under Nazi occupation and then assembled by Steyr.   It has Eagle/77 (Radom) and Eagle/628 (Steyr) proofs all over the rifle.  The manufacture code is 660.   The finish is still a nice high polish and all original.  There is about 80+% finish remaining.  Every small part including the bolt, the firing pin, the adjustable site and butt plate are matched.   And yes, the stock and handguard is also numbered 1715.  The wood is not sanded and still has sharp markings.  H marked for Army acceptance.   These rifles are getting very hard to find in this ALL original condition, so don't let this one get away.   No import marks.
