Description
8/8/24 - This is an excellent example of a Saginaw M1 Carbine issued to the US military in 1943. The stock was originally manufactured by Inland, indicated by the "HI" marking on the left side of the stock. Cross Cannon Cartouche is faded but still visible on the right side of the stock, along with an "RRA" marking, indicating it was reworked at the Red River Arsenal. The metal is arsenal-refinished and shows minimal wear, though there are some handling marks and dings here and there. Wood furniture is in excellent overall condition, though there is a crack on the right side of the stock near the front of the slide. Excellent shiny bore with strong rifling. Comes with canvas sling, canvas magazine pouch, and four 70s era sealed magazines.Specifications
