Description

1/7/22 - This is an excellent Remington 1911A1 that was part of the Government National Match reworks package. It has a Remington military frame from 1945, with Colt commercial slide. It features further National Match characteristics such as the rear sight, and the slide, barrel bushing and barrel were etched with the final four digits of the frame serial. The parkerized finish is excellent throughout with just a hint of edge wear. Minty bore and excellent grips. WW2-era magazine with 'G' on toe. Note that the bushing is a very tight fit in this gun, so takedown is a bit of a pain. The bushing is numbered and matching to the pistol though, so we left it as is.
