9/23/26 - For sale is a Savage No4 Mk1* Lee Enfield chambered in .303 British. These rifles were made as part of the Lend-Lease program sent to Great Britain during WWII. The rifle has an aged phosphate finish that has turned into a mixture of dark grey and brown. The stock and forend have been sanded and are smooth to the touch. The bore is fair with strong rifling, but the surface is darkening over. The rifle has mismatched numbers. Import mark on the barrel.
