Description

10/22/21 - This is a nice example of the desirable M1A1 Paratrooper carbine that was produced during World War II at Inland. This particular example has been partially reworked, as the stock is AAR marked on the left side. The serial number and barrel both date to 1944, and the barrel has no signs of a bayonet lug ever being added or removed, and the rear flip sight has not been staked. Pistol grip is RI marked on the bottom, and P on the front. Strong, shiny bore. Inland internal parts throughout, and an Inland magazine.
