Description

1/2/25 - For sale is an Iranian M49 Mauser Carbine. These are domestically produced carbines similar to the Czech M30 carbines purchased by the Shah before WW2. The carbine has the Royal Crest on the receiver of a Lion holding a scimitar before the rising sun. The metal retains a nice bluing with minor wear and scratches to the finish. The stock is in great condition with minor dents and pressure marks. The bore is bright with great rifling. The receiver and bolt have matching serial numbers but the stock is mismatched. The cleaning rod is absent.
