7/17/23 - This is a minty example of a Mauser M49 carbine, made in Iran on machinery set up by the Czechoslovakians. It is in beautiful original condition overall, but there are areas of minor pitting on the rear of the receiver, on the barrel, and on the bolt handle. It has beautiful bluing with sharp markings in Farsi. Beautiful Persian/Iranian crest on the chamber. Mint bore. Near-mint wood furniture.
