Description
10/1/26 - This is a scarce 1935 Mfg Walther PP with RJ marking on front strap to denote issue to the Reich Justice Ministry. There were fewer than 5,000 of this variation produced. This one is all matching and has the proper early features, such as 90 degree safety and early weighted grips. The gun has retained roughly 80-85% of its original high polish finish. There is noticeable spotty wear on both sides of the slide and on the grip straps. The weighted grips have noticeable cracking along the left edge of the left panel. Comes with a period-correct magazine with an interesting factory error overstamp of the caliber designation. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling. There is a small dot of paint on the front sight.
